The hotel offers fantastic rooms that are very new, clean, and comfortable with spacious layouts, comfortable beds, plenty of amenities like filtered water and lovely toiletries. The service is extremely courteous and willing to cater to group needs. The location is surrounded by beautiful mountains and tea plantations, providing a serene and fragrant atmosphere. The dining options are mainly Indian dishes with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices. However, the dining choices are limited for international foods. The facilities are modern and well-equipped for a comfortable stay.

The rooms are just awesome, very large and well-appointed with comfortable beds, plenty of amenitites, and a lovely bath with good toiletries.

The staff are helpful, especially the front office which goes out of their way to assist guests. For instance, they even took me to a local bank in town and stayed with me throughout the duration.
